About Us

 

Just Asian Plus, a culinary school located in Durango, Colorado, was founded several years ago by Justice Tower.  Her objective was to share her passion for food and food preparation in a relaxed environment in which concepts and techniques are taught, but which emphasizes student involvement and participation.  Yes, students are required to be involved in the consumption and enjoyment of the culinary masterpieces prepared in class.
